RideSentinel is made by bidew.io in Québec, Canada. There is one address for everything, and every message is read.
Write to hello@bidew.io for help with the apps, a licence, a payment or a refund, a privacy question or a request about your data, or anything else.
About a licence you bought, write from the address you bought with, or quote your licence key in your email, so we can find it. Requests about your data are answered within thirty days.
Feature ideas and bug reports
To suggest a feature or report a bug, use the Feedback page. Feature requests the team approves go on a public board where drivers vote; bug reports stay private. In RideSentinel Pro you can also send one from More, then Feedback.
Your data
To get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, write to the same address. The privacy policy lists what we keep and for how long, and Delete your data explains what can be erased and how.
Before you write
For a problem with the app, tell us your phone model, your Android version and the RideSentinel version you use. Leave out passenger details and passwords, and never post a licence key in public: keys found shared publicly may be revoked.
