RideSentinel is a decision aid. It reads ride offers shown on your phone and scores them against rules you set. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Uber Technologies Inc. “Uber” is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe compatibility.

Verdicts are estimates based on the text on the offer card and your settings. Traffic, cancellations, tips and surge can make a real trip pay more or less than predicted. You remain responsible for every ride you accept.

Pro can tap Accept on your behalf. Uber’s driver terms prohibit automation, and using Pro’s auto-accept may lead Uber to warn, suspend or deactivate your account. Pro is provided for personal use on your own account only. You accept this risk in full; we are not liable for any loss of access, earnings or standing with Uber or any other platform.

You may not use RideSentinel on accounts you do not own, resell access, operate it for a fleet, or use it to interfere with other drivers.

Lite is free on Google Play. Pro is an APK you download from this site. While we offer it publicly, anyone may download Pro without a key; its Pro features need an active licence or the 7-day free trial, which is one per phone, needs no card and does not include linking a Tesla or another car, live traffic or the AI advisor on our servers. A licence key also gets a single-use download link that expires within the hour.

Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that licenses the current major version of Pro for your personal devices, forever, including bug-fix updates to that version and the AI advisor used with your own Gemini API key. Pro Subscription licenses everything in Pro, the AI advisor running on our servers with no key of your own (within a fair daily limit), and linking a Tesla or another car, for as long as your subscription is active, and includes every release during that time.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes unless stated at checkout, wherever you drive. The apps are tuned for ten Uber markets — Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Spain, Germany, Brazil, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates — and being tuned for a market is not a guarantee that Uber’s app in that market will keep the layout the reader expects.

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the receipt email or from Manage subscription on the download page; cancellation stops the next renewal and the licence stays valid until the end of the paid period.

A licence key may be activated on up to three devices you own. Keys found to be shared publicly may be revoked without refund. We may suspend a licence — a reversible stop — or cancel it, and we will tell you why.

Every Pro licence carries a referral code, shown in Pro under Licence. If someone buys after following your link, that purchase is recorded against your code. Referrals are counted; they are not a promise. No reward amount is set, nothing is owed to you, and whether referrals ever lead to anything is at our discretion and will be announced if it happens. Referrals that are self-referrals, share an email address with the referrer, or look manufactured are not counted.

If Pro does not work on your phone with the current Uber Driver app, email us within 14 days of purchase with a description of the problem and we will fix it or refund you in full. Refunds are not offered because Uber changed its terms, warned you, or restricted your account.

Uber changes its app frequently. We make reasonable efforts to keep RideSentinel working, but cannot guarantee compatibility with any given Uber Driver version, phone or Android release. Lifetime licensees receive fixes for their major version; subscribers receive every release.

Ride data stays on your phone unless you turn on backups, the AI advisor, live traffic or driver-network demand sharing. What we store is described on the Privacy page, and that description is part of these terms.

The permission you give us. By sending a video to The Sentinels you give bidew.io a worldwide, royalty-free, permanent and non-exclusive licence to use, copy, edit and publish it, including on social media such as TikTok, and to give it to the police or other authorities. You keep the copyright. You can withdraw the video later with your private link; that stops new use on our public channels, but copies already published or given to an authority stay where they are.

What you promise. That you filmed the video or have the right to share it, that you have not edited it to mislead, and that sending it breaks no law where you are. Do not film while driving: set the camera up before you leave. Do not send sexual content, content showing children in a way that identifies them, or anything sent to harass a person.

What we decide. We choose which videos we publish or pass on, and we may refuse or remove any video without explanation. We pay nothing for videos and cannot promise that any authority will act on one.

Verification. A driver becomes verified when RideSentinel on their phone has read real ride offers over at least a week and two verified drivers vouch for them. We may also verify drivers ourselves. Verification says that other drivers know this person as a driver; it is not a background check and we do not guarantee anyone’s conduct.

Vouching. Vouch only for people you know drive for Uber or Lyft. Do not sell, trade or ask for vouches. A vouch can be withdrawn at any time.

Revocation. We may refuse, suspend or revoke an account that misuses the network, harasses anyone or was verified on false grounds. Drivers who vouched for a revoked account cannot vouch for others for 90 days.

RideSentinel is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. If the mandatory consumer law of your own country applies, it applies. Questions: support@ridesentinel.app.
